The Armando Montelongo system is and has always been about working at following a system.
Unfortunately there is a small group of people, 164 out of more than 1.5 million people, who have come through the Armando Montelongo Companies, that have decided that continuous hard work is not for them.
Now, they have chosen to try and make money the easy way by clogging up our legal system with a frivolous lawsuit.
We have compelling evidence that many of these complainants have successfully completed real estate deals since learning our system. In fact, many of them have now gone on to open competitive real estate investment companies.
The Armando Montelongo Companies will be filing a counter lawsuit against them and looks forward to the battle of bringing these individuals to justice.

Hi Darl, so if you are so successful at flipping homes, did you have the money to invest out of your own pocket, or did you have to use private or hard money lenders?
That is where I feel Armando’s group left us hanging. I actually went out after our bus tour in Oct 2015, found several deals that would have been a great way to make at least 10,000 on each deal, only thing was is trying to find those private money lenders when you do not have the funds yourself, because you invested every dime of your savings into Armando’s system. If you can, please help!!!

You always have a choice if you decide to invest in your education. I spent over $25K for a master's degree, but I was not expecting the school to provide me with my money back to get my career started from the education. I had to take action from the education and remain persistent and consistent in order to achieve the success I wanted. We all do from any education or learned system. We have a network of friends and business partners after the Bus Tour ended. Many of them did not have the funding, but sought after hard money lenders and partners to successfully close their deals. What a celebration there has been.
